Tierra Serena Improvements: 2024
The property's 36-foot waterfall, located just a short walk from the main house, feeds a stream running the length of the property. To enhance accessibility, a walkway including stone wall has been built into the surround beside the waterfall. Additionally, subtle landscaping in this secluded area makes it easier to enjoy the pools at the waterfall’s base.

Meadow Development
We continue to develop meadow areas in former woodland. Emphasis has been placed on native trees, flowering plants and access to property hiking trails.
Building and hardscape improvements in this period included enhancements at the main house entrance gate, the front public street wall of the cabin/office area, painting the main house exterior walls, and one of three storage buildings.
